It’s not actually summer yet, we’re still stuck in spring but this is lovely time of the year! I slowly but surely declutter and get into the spring cleaning mood…it’s just a must a think and so good not only for your house / flat, but also for your psyche.
It’s also the perfect time to do last minute exercises to shape up for the summer. This is something I never quite agree with. Magazines are promoting super “quick Abs and toned legs” within a couple weeks. The should be pushing exercise the whole year round. You may be able to get a bit out of exercising for a few weeks but it’s certainly not the way to go I think…
You should establish a regular fitness routine, perfect to start off in spring.
