There are tons of books, programs and what not out there claiming to increase your intelligence. Most of it is junk.
Brain training is one way to stay fit mentally, as well as relaxation. I’m usually skeptic whenever I come across a product that promises you things it can’t possible deliver.
There are however interesting concepts out there, such as brainwave meditation.
While I’m not a big fan of meditation I have to say that anyone who deals with a lot of stress or imbalance should give it a shot. There is plenty of health benefits known. I am very eager to try the 6 cd Brain Evolution System program.
