The world’s biggest phone maker Nokia, is suing Apple for infringing a number of technology patents for their popular iPhone. The Finnish company said Apple was ‘attempting to get a free ride on the back of Nokia’s innovation’ by refusing to agree appropriate terms for Nokia’s intellectual property. It filed a lawsuit with a US court yesterday, which accused Apple of infringing 10 Nokia patents relating to technology covering wireless data, speech coding, security and encryption used in iPhones.
